The army scene has witnessed many diplomatic changes in recent weeks, as a new alliance has been established. We will explore what made this alliance possible and what the future holds for both armies.
Background
The People’s Imperial Confederation has experienced a notable resurgence since its recent revival. With familiar faces like Scars and Villa returning as leaders, the army has consistently proven to be a dominant force. In just the recent Top Ten, the Confederates have risen to the 5th position, the highest in their history, surpassing armies such as the Rebel Penguin Federation.
Recently, the People’s Imperial Confederation waged war on the Water Vikings, a true test of their endurance and strength. While they fell short, in many instances, they came close in performance against the Vikings, tying a couple of rooms. This generation of PIC has already proven to be highly competitive in the S/M sphere.

The Void Troops were the talk of the summer this year, as their steady warfare record remained unstoppable. Their competition with numerous striking forces in the S/M community was evident, as they defeated the likes of Dark Warriors and Templars. While they are mostly known for waging wars, the Void Troops consistently ranked amongst the top five armies in the previous months.
However, the Void Troops recently noticed a slight downfall in their performance as the September drop settled in. In their transitional era, the Void Troops notice many leadership changes as we see Apryl rise to command the army. We could see a great comeback for the Void Troops as the new faces adapt in the next months.

Establishing The Alliance
The two armies have recently crossed paths during the establishment of The White Order alliance against the Rebel Penguin Federation. As the alliance was short-lived, both Void Troops and PIC have further developed better diplomatic relations. On October 4, Void Troops High Command Dbsa announces the official alliance with the Confederates. PIC leader Alu reaffirmed this decision the next day.
Club Penguin Army League reached out to VT High Command Dbsa, and PIC leader Scars for more insight on this alliance and its future.
What prompted your army to establish an alliance with Void Troops/People’s Imperial Confederation?
Dbsa: We decided to ally with People’s imperial confederation because we felt like it was the right thing to do and that PIC and VT can be allied together in some way, both supporting from each side, We thought PIC wasn’t that bad of an army and our alliance can actually be something and go somewhere, we weren’t that hesitant but i can definitely say this alliance can benefit both armies, Let’s see both of us thrive
Scars: Recently, PIC and VT have grown closer together throughout the week of the TWO alliance and on. We felt that we could form an alliance that would allow us to support one another and grow together, seeing as we’ve connected more and are both armies in that “medium” range.
How do you see this alliance further developing in the future?
Dbsa: I feel like this alliance can actually be something, further developing into a strong tie between both VT and PIC, both supporting each other in someway and helping both armies, there’s a reason why we accepted
Scars: I definitely think it can be great. I believe that we can bounce off one another and continue to be bigger together. Major alliance
Will we see the VT and PIC wage more wars in the future?
Dbsa: it might be a yes for this question, I’m really excited for what both armies have to bring up in future times not gonna lie.
Scars: Maybe, but nothing is currently in the cards, especially with PIC currently at war already.

Despite their shortcomings, both armies could see significant growth as they continue to work together. As we notice massive changes in the diplomatic scene recently, we can see that October this year will definitely be a lot more interesting. What do you think about this alliance?
