[Note: As mentioned before, CPPS events have less strict counting rules in CPAL, and have been since the start of the league; however, rules are more strict on armies using CPPS for unfair or unbalanced rankings. Furthermore, the registration/revival threshold of 5 max needed to be considered an army and enter the Top Tens, hence the potential differences in other Top Tens.]
[Additionally; ‘Blooming Victory’ event by the Army of Club Penguin’s events in Club Penguin Journey was deemed invalid due to them taking place in a party and/or usually crowded room, such as Town in this instance. Other examples to avoid would be the Welcome Room, Iceberg, and Cave. A different instance of holding an event in place by the same army was noticed this week, though it was validated due to not taking place in Blizzard.]
