Background
One peaceful morning turned into chaos as the Shadow Legionnaires declared war against the Fire Vikings. Thunder222, the founder of SL, stated in his post that the Fire Vikings had been shamelessly troop-stealing members attempting to join from the Dark Pirates’ remnants in order to strengthen their own numbers. Both armies have also seen major leadership changes, with AB and Greenvegetable12_14 introduced as Legion Leaders, while Nicoolas was inducted as a Fire Commander. The two armies have seen significant growth in recent months, giving this war huge anticipation.

War Developments
While SL and FV prepared for an all-out war over land, unexpected declarations of war were suddenly issued against SL. The Abyssal Tides of Club Penguin, formerly known as the Tsunamis, shocked the community when their leader, TropicSTORM, declared war on the Shadow Legionnaires. ATCP stated that the decision was made to support their allies in the Fire Vikings. Following the announcement, they shared the Vikings’ server invite with their troops and encouraged members to assist in battles, thereby enabling dual-enlistment.
Two days later, on April 12, the Seraphic Imperium officially announced that they would also be joining the war in support of the Vikings. Prior to entering the conflict, FV and SICP had already formalized an alliance on April 11. The Fire Vikings’ recent growth in diplomacy proved beneficial, with many of their allies coming to their support.

Temporary Ceasefire Agreement
On April 15, SL invaded ATCP’s capital, Outback, and successfully knocked them out of the war entirely in order to shift their full focus toward the Fire Vikings. Following the victory, SL imposed a forced treaty on ATCP to ensure they would no longer be involved in the major battles taking place throughout the conflict.
Later that same day, both FV and SL announced that the war would be placed on pause until further notice due to the lack of judges accepting and attending scheduled battles. This caused huge backlash between the affiliated armies and CPA Judges, as later on it would be seen that it was only a misunderstanding between the two parties, as explained by Head Judge Spotty.

During the ceasefire break, both armies went on to celebrate different ceremonies. On April 25, the Fire Vikings celebrated Yellow Typer’s birthday with a massive party, honoring him as the creator of the Vikings since November 2024. Shortly after, on May 3rd, the Legionnaires celebrated their first anniversary, reaching an impressive max of 38 penguins attending the celebration.
SL has also maintained a strong presence within the community rankings, securing 5th in the latest Top Tens rankings, with hopes of extending that position even further. Their recent anniversary celebrations saw an official alliance announcement with the Army of Club Penguin, a huge diplomatic success for SL.

Conclusion of the War
On May 5, SL and FV officially resumed the war and returned to the battlefield once again. After the Legionnaires secured a dominant 3-0-0 victory, the Fire Vikings gradually stopped attending battles. As SL continued their invasions, Nicoolas announced on May 8th that FV would be surrendering, officially bringing the war to an end.
The conflict featured many notable moments throughout its duration, including the involvement of numerous small and medium-sized armies, a temporary pause to address ongoing issues, and both sides pushing themselves to their full potential while giving everything they had during the war.

Club Penguin Army League reached out to Thunder222 for an interview regarding the conclusion of the war. We also reached out to Klombe for an interview from FV, in which we will include once he replies.
How do you feel about the conclusion of this war?
Thunder222: the first half of the war was where it peaked and us having a better advantaged by how equipped and trained our troops and staff are before the hiatus which made us even stronger when AB and GreenVege stepped in, im rather disappointing at the time CPAJ was having a fade out with judges not being on time and not having them at all which also caused us to a ceasefire until Water Vikings war with Templars.
The second part of the war after the ceasefire was us climbing up with impressive sizes that SL hasent seen yet, its rather shocking that Fire Vikings, Including other Small Medium armies aren’t putting up what is best to get their army to the spot they want with the growth, i feel like they’re not putting up or really missing something to maintain themselves. Fire VIkings are maintaining but they’re missing pieces of the puzzle that could make them different. the conclusion of the war was really beating them but at the end, it turned into our goal to end the war before exams start up for people.
What do you think was the biggest reason that made SL win this war?
Thunder222: SL has a bigger community following in attending and making the army shine, War is really based on how loyal and active your army is and how many events they can take on if they can.
How would you describe or summarize the Fire Vikings during this war in one sentence?
Thunder222: messy leadership and management.
