Following a week of low activity and no events being hosted, Void Troops has fallen to Small/Medium status. Many in the community were surprised by this, and so we will delve more to see what led to it.
Considering they were previously one of the most active, Void Troops failed to appear on the Top Ten posted on October 5, after failing to hold any events. It appeared that the army suddenly dropped in activity, as before this VT would hold frequent events with large sizes. Their last held event was on September 24, then afterward they seemed to go completely silent on events. The lack of events also came after the mass banning of several S/M leaders in the community, including Void Troops leaders.
Constantly at war, the Void Troops gained a reputation for their battlefield aggression. Their several war declarations this summer proved to be a pillar of success for the army. This landed the Void Troops in comfortable high ranks on the Top Tens, competing against many major armies.
Most Recent VT Event
Various members of their community questioned the lack of events, with not much responses from staff. Therefore, on October 6, an announcement was posted by Dbsa detailing that Void Troops is having a comeback event, alongside a resurgence of the army as a whole. It would appear that VT is not yet down for the count, and to the joy of many is going to resume operations as scheduled.

In order to try to get more information on this comeback, alongside the reasoning behing the inactivity, Club Penguin Army League reached out to Kira for an interview:

Kira: we are transitioning into a new era of vt more details to come soon 👀
Can you reveal now any possible plans for the revitalization of VT?
Kira: not yet but be aware huge changes are to come!! we are really excited to see it come to fruition
Do you believe VT will reach its previous peak, or achieve major army status again?
Kira: i personally think yes. the current hcom are equipped to take on whatever challenges this community throws at them and they all have goals of achieving major again
