Specter’s Retribution: Several S/M Armies Declare War on Teutons
On March 8, 2026, the Teutons declared war on the Phantom Republic of Club Penguin. The declaration quickly escalated tensions across the S/M army community. Several small and medium armies formed an alliance in response. They launched the Specter’s Retribution, a campaign against the Teutonic Empire and defend the Phantom Republic. The conflict now marks the start of a developing S/M war that could reshape alliances in the community.

Origins of the Specter’s Retribution War Declarations
After thorough research, it appears that Phantom Republic had planned a raid against the Teutons under ‘Operation: Dead Cross’. The motive behind the planned raid was reportedly linked to the presence of individuals such as Alucard, Villa, and Scars within the Teutons. These individuals have allegedly faced accusations related to misconduct within the community, claims which the Teutons’ leadership has rejected. However, before PRCP could carry out their raid, Teutons declared war on PRCP, officially initiating the conflict.

Allies Join the Battlefield
As the war unfolded, PRCP leader Xdemon successfully rallied support from other S/M armies within the community. Armies such as Fire Vikings and Abyssal Tides (formerly known as Tsunamis), and Crimson Sovereign officially joined the war on PRCP’s side. This is what led to the formation of the Specter’s Retribution war. Additionally, the Romans have now shown support to the Republic also.

As the conflict continues, the current war score stands at 2–0–0 in favor of PRCP and its allies, with Abyssal Tides and Fire Vikings each securing one victory against the Teutons after they did not bother to show up for either.

Club Penguin Army League reached out to involved army leaders to gather statements regarding the ongoing war.

Statement from Roman Leader & SM Legend Ulysses S.Nardo
We have also reached the Romans’ leader and SM Legend Ulysses S.Nardo to get a statement about this war, as the Romans are a prominent S/M army aiding PRCP.
It appears that the former leadership of PIC, Villa and Scars, have sought refuge within this newly revived army, Teutons. They approached the veterans Earthing and Rockstar, who were seemingly unaware of the role these same leaders played in PIC’s collapse, and persuaded them to place the revival of Teutons in their hands. It is unfortunate that greater care was not taken to investigate who was being entrusted with that responsibility. Equally troubling is the involvement of figures such as Tom, Justin, and Bschar, whose reputations within the community are marked by repeated misconduct. Their histories include defacing servers, engaging in racist behavior and Nazi apologia, and, in the cases of Tom and Bschar, doxxing and other actions that cross into criminal activity. When individuals with such records gather in one place, it raises serious concerns about the character and direction of the organization they are shaping. At present, Teutons appears to be a gathering point for some of the most destructive elements within CPA. For these reasons, we have chosen to support the Phantom Republic. However, our decision is not only about opposing the conduct described above, but also about the broader health of the community itself. The CPA scene has long suffered from a shortage of meaningful conflict, despite warfare being the very foundation upon which it was built. When an opportunity arises to restore that competitive spirit, it should be embraced. Supporting Phantom Republic allows us to stand against destructive leadership while also helping revive the activity and purpose this community was meant to have.
The war has rapidly grown from a single confrontation into a broader S/M community conflict. Already, PRCP’s allies have claimed early victories. As a result, pressure is mounting on the Teutons to shift the war’s momentum. Meanwhile, tensions continue to rise across the community. With more battles expected in the coming days, the Club Penguin Army League will therefore continue monitoring the Specter’s Retribution war and providing updates on this developing conflict.
