In a surprising turn of events, the Army of Club Penguin has declared war on the Special Weapons and Tactics. Let us examine the reasoning behind it and what’s next for the armies.

Both the Army of Club Penguin and the Special Weapons and Tactics have long been regarded as prominent armies in the community. With the ACP being one of the oldest armies, and SWAT having a history dating back over 16 years. Although SWAT recently has faltered, the clovers have risen under the leadership of Roxy and Daniel, recently winning a conflict against both the Aliens and the Scarlet Republic. Both armies have also had a long-standing rivalry over the capital server Mammoth, constantly clashing over who will emerge victorious in achieving the server.

On February 19th, the Army of Club Penguin officially announced The Mammoth Expedition, declaring war on Special Weapons and Tactics to reclaim the historic Mammoth server. The declaration highlighted the long-standing rivalry between the two armies, citing years of invasions, defenses, and repeated clashes over Mammoth’s legacy as one of the community’s most symbolic servers. Following recent map changes that led ACP to relocate its capital to Snow Fort, SWAT quickly secured Mammoth, prompting ACP to respond with a formal capital invasion. Framed as both a strategic maneuver and a battle for pride, though with a bit of backlash, the expedition was scheduled for February 21st on CPA Battleground. With tensions reignited and history once again at the forefront, the conflict positions itself as another defining chapter in the enduring ACP–SWAT rivalry.
On the 21st, the battle took place. Despite SWAT’s best efforts, ACP swiftly won the battle, not only concluding the war but also regaining their historic server, Mammoth, back.

Shortly after this war had concluded, there was essentially a huge change of plans internally within SWAT, as many old legends/godfathers reunited to decide the fate of the army. Ultimately, it was deemed that a hiatus should take place, which, coincidentally, SWAT was already in. Though William, SWAT leader, has hinted at a possible shutdown very soon.

Club Penguin Army League has reached out to SWAT leader William, as well as several community members, for their thoughts and opinions on this war.
William, SWAT leader: I find it quite impressive that we actually managed to win a room. We lost, yet I am proud of SWAT. I feel second-hand embarrassment originating from ACP about this.
Vivalla, Water Vikings & Shrek: I mean I think it’s an easy plus one to their server count. They can say there’s some super deep meaning behind it, like: “Mammoth, our motherland. The server where a kid had a dream, which became the reality of thousands.” They chose their other “co-capital” server as their actual map capital during the draft though. But Mammoth is basically just like a free land server let’s be real. And if they do tend to like mammoth and it’s been historically important to them, then it makes total sense they’d go for it. I assume everyone knew who would win.
Justin, Teutons: I think it was useless of a war and it seems like it was done on purpose in a way, SWAT obviously isn’t the same as it was over 10 years ago.
Znation, Romans: This was just a meme war with no other motives other than clowning on swat. My opinion on the matter is that armies should not war other armies without the fear of losing and as we all expected this was an guaranteed acp victories. We need more armies that fight with other armies on the same level to make these wars interesting.
Saber, Unaffiliated: Swat are a bunch of 13 year old khias and i don’t even know what acp have been doing since 2024 so i genuinely couldn’t care less about a war between them sorry. acp gotta be using those asmongold view bots to up their top ten score because What the hell.
Fun x Time, Star Force & ex-SWAT leader: I get why the Army of Club Penguin would want to campaign against the Special Weapons and Tactics; it’s for their homeland, Mammoth. From their post, I felt they knew a potential SWAT shutdown was coming, which sounded like a fair reason to invade Mammoth. While I don’t usually support major armies fighting small ones, as many in the army community do, I feel this could be an exceptional case since it’s for their historic capital. Hence, I feel that ACP’s act was justified, but SWAT doesn’t deserve shame for this loss!
If at any time in the future the two armies are at an equal level, then pretty Mammoth battles would be quite interesting and worth watching, since both armies identify Mammoth as their historic capitals.Austinfraud, Water Vikings & ex-ACP leader: I am quite indifferent about this war declaration; my leadership would not have declared war on SWAT given the current situation. The war declaration should have been the final straw if SWAT had refused to trade up Mammoth.
Judy, ACP & Romans: It was a really close battle and none of us expected swat to only win one room especially because one troop was singlehandedly destroying all 49 of us with an astounding amount of powerful bwbs but we were all estatic with the results. Also glory to swatrulers.
xdemon, Templars: Lord pain was right.
Aurora, ACP: ACP had the best chance to win since SWAT’s been struggling for years at this point.
DBSA, Void Troops: I think this war was pretty short lived but honestly valid, ACP’s had their capital as Mammoth for a while now and are trying to get it back for several reasons. Though I think just a direct invasion would’ve worked as well but I respect the hype.
