OLYMPIA, CP Army League Headquarters ─ The Club Penguin Army League has long strived for community direction, an opportunity for armies to build their own path. Administration is an important aspect within the framework of development in the community, and there is no one better to take on that role than the community itself.

What Club Penguin Army League aims to accomplish is diligent community focus. As the league takes its first steps in the long-term future, guidance foremost by armies is essential. The Administration of the Club Penguin Army League is one that will be determined by the community, as a means of giving armies a role in deciding the future of it.
In the growing uncertainty in league administration within our community, there appeared to be a split between who controls the future of armies and who gets to obey it. Armies and leagues in today’s age feel like completely different realms, and the need for transparency and opportunities for armies has never been so needed. Club Penguin Army League gives the community a choice in the matter, a hope for armies to carve a path for all.
Administration Voting
For an admin to be appointed, they would have to undergo an appointment process:
- Army leaders will be given the option to nominate one person from their army for administration. Unaffiliated individuals in the community also have the ability to nominate themselves.
- The list will be given to all army representatives, and each candidate will be thoroughly discussed among the representatives.
- A vote will be conducted on all candidates, with every representative voting yes or no on each of them.
- The top 4 candidates will undergo a second and final vote, with the rest being voided.
- To be appointed as an admin, you will need a 70% approval from the army representatives. 60% if you are unaffiliated.
With this in place, the army leaders have until Wednesday, October 24, 11:59 pm EST to decide their candidate from their own army. Unaffiliated individuals who have any ambition to take on the role would have to contact Ugly on Discord to submit their candidacy.
After the deadline has passed, army leaders will be given until Sunday, October 26 to thoroughly discuss each candidate. Then the first votes will take place on Monday, October 27. The top 4 nominees voted for will undergo the last vote for administration on Tuesday, October 28. We wanna remind everyone that each vote by leaders will be private, and results will not be announced until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.
If there is no approved candidate out of the four, the closest to the percentage rate will be the sole and only inducted administrator to secure at least one admin to ensure the future of the league.
We are confident that a fair and democratic vote for the community to select their administration to lead armies into a stable path forward is the most prominent system of governance. After the admin(s) are appointed, discussions and talks regarding the opening of the map and a potential brand new and innovative tournament during November will be the most prioritized focus.
We want to thank the Aliens, Fire Vikings, Shadow Legionnaires, Void Troops, People’s Imperial Confederation, Romans, Special Weapons and Tactics, Penguins of Agartha, Phantom Republic, and Witches of Club Penguin and the many individuals all around in the community for entrusting us as a league and supporting us in how we move forward.
Club Penguin Army League will, and forever work for and be an option for armies to carve their path, with fair and equal governance, and most importantly, to have fun.
