News struck PIC’s headquarters as Sweater quietly came to terms with the army; however, a new face stepped up to the leadership. We will dive deeper into the events that occurred and look more into the promotion of Armenzia.
The People’s Imperial Confederation is one of the most well-known armies in Club Penguin Armies’ history, created by Sidie9 on October 17, 2019. They revived earlier this year, participating in tournaments, most recently being the October Horrors tournament, placing second in the Small/Medium section. PIC was also seen engaging in wars with armies like Phantom Republic and the Water Vikings. and have been seen taking part in alliances with armies like Void Troops and Penguins of Agartha.
Sweater’s Resignation
Sweater was recruited and introduced to Club Penguin Armies in May 2013. Starting his journey in an army known as the Ice Warriors, but later deciding to switch armies, he was recruited to Special Weapons and Tactics. He also dual-enlisted in the Dark Warriors. However, not too long after, he would later decide to retire from the community. Later on, returning in 2015 to join an army known as Takis, as third-in-command, which wouldn’t last long as he would later return to SWAT. Sweater would later join an army known as Shadow Recon for a leadership position, achieving many goals and participating in the Continental Cup II, and officially winning the tournament.
In recent times, Sweater joined the People’s Imperial Confederation in August of 2023 after his tenure with the Fire Warriors in 2021, assisting the army and helping it win tournaments like New Year Bonanza and Beach Brawl II, showing true leadership potential, and also being part of the newest leadership structure this year. However, he silently retired for unknown reasons.
Club Penguin Army League reached out to PIC leader Scars for a statement regarding Sweater’s resignation.
Sweater’s recent retirement stems from him just being too busy for armies. Behind the scenes, Sweater was a big help for the transitional period when Caitlin and Iso retired. It didn’t come as a shock to many as we were aware that he is very busy outside of Discord, but we do wish him well
Armenzia’s Promotion
Recently, the Confederates announced the official Promotion of Armenzia, a PIC leader-in-training who is known for his dedication and loyalty towards the army. He was also recently promoted to PIC legend at the sixth anniversary, showing his true potential and dedication, now officially becoming the 51st PIC leader, being a strong component towards the leadership and structure of the army.
Club Penguin Army League has contacted Armenzia for an interview regarding this important part in his career.
How do you feel about your leadership induction, and what are your thoughts?
The introduction to leadership was unexpected and i thought i would be LiT for a bit more time but i feel good about it
What are things you plan on accomplishing with PIC, and how do you plan on achieving them?
Try to grow the army and build strong diplomatic relations while to win some tournaments while also having fun and having a good time
Can we expect PIC to partake in more wars in the future with the opening of the CPA map and the soon-to-open CPAL map?
We have no plans of right now to do but me and the other leaders have plans to do so in the future and over come any road blocks that shall be thrown at us
What are words of advice for people who hope to become a leader one day?
Just have fun and enjoy the time and also show that you can be independent and also try to help the leaders in some way or another

We could see that PIC has new plans on the horizon, starting a new future with the current new leadership. While the army unfortunately lost a prominent leader, we know that the PIC will see a great and secure future with Armenzia on board. Do you think Armenzia deserved his promotion?
