Waving Goodbye: Phantom Republic Announces Shutdown
On November 8, 2025, a new report comes to town, Phantom Republic announces closure and officially ceases operations. This would be a shocking announcement to many, so let us dive deeper to get a clear shot at what exactly happened.
Phantom Republic is a relatively well-known and newly established army, formerly known as Nether Knights, and founded by xDemon and Billybob on October 26th, 2025. While the army was incredibly new, it was able to make significant progress and even wage war against the Rebel Alliance Commando. However, while it wasn’t for PRCP’s favor in the war, coming out with a score of 8-2 in favor of RACP, it definitely trained the army tactically for future warfare. Unfortunately, that was PRCP’s last activity before officially shutting down and ceasing operations on November 6th, 2024. It’s safe to say the army had a good head start, especially for newly established armies.
However, Phantom Republic would later return on October 14th, 2025. Initially led by xDemon and Photo, followed by AB’s promotion to monarch to join the leadership team. They were also seen placing high rankings on the CPAL Top Tens and were recently invited to the Project: Frontlines tournament. PRCP were also seen engaging in alliances with armies like Elite Guardians and such. They also waged war against the Witches of Club Penguin, which would later attract the attention of the People’s Imperial Confederation, starting the War of Bullying Children, which would end up in a score of 1-0-0 in favor of PIC.
Recently, PRCP announced a shutdown. While it wasn’t stated why that action took place, the army’s generation was deemed a success, especially being newly revived The closure announcement was also followed up by a few inductions into the Hall of Fame, Photo inducted as an Honorable Phantom, and AB inducted as a Legend.
